How to clear an unable to close ticket ?

We do not know what happen. 

What we know is a ticket is unable to close so we can not do NEW day anymore .  We instruct customer to reboot the system, after that it is still there. 

We login at the night , I open the problem ticket, I was able to add a line, order a item, I change the price to one cent, then I can go ahead to cash out, then it is gone.  

It is a simple way to clear a jammed ticket .

**Kitchen No Print  

in order to avoid a print out in the kitchen ,

you can create a menu item  called "kitchen no print" ,

click this button and all items after this will not be print in the

kitchen for this ticket,

( reason for this function, in some case, the item is added into the order, but  no kitchen

print out is needed for this time )

Of course, you take an order in general you want that to be print out

in the kitchen.

**COMBO 

Create a button with [combo] and [end combo] within the name field will enable the combo operation.

For Example

Create a button with

"Lunch [combo]"   with a price of 8.95, then any 2 items of lunch meal 6.95 will be price as 0.00

[end combo] will end the combo mode, go back to normal mode.

** Move table and Combine table function is hidden

In the Dine Ordering Screen, where you enter table, Under the “G” button, there is a hidden Move and Combine Button, once you are there you need to use a  keyboard

to enter the tables for original and destination.

Same as Combine function.
